Abstracts should be prepared in PDF format (A4 one-page) with the file size less than 5MB. Prepare your abstract(s) using the template (Word/LaTex), which includes detailed instructions for preparing abstracts.
- All abstracts should be submitted electronically through the submission site. Clicking below will direct you to the submission site.
- You will be asked to create an account first when you start using the submission system. After creating an account, you can log in to submit your abstract(s). You can update your account information or replace the uploaded abstract file(s) at any time before the submission deadline. We strongly recommend that you first create an account well in advance, before your abstract becomes finally ready for submission.
- As the system automatically sets the submitter as the presenting author, each presenting author should create his/her own account and submit his/her abstract(s) from that account. The number of abstracts that can be submitted from each account (i.e., each researcher) is limited to three.
- When you submit an abstract, you will be asked to choose the conference (EP2DS or MSS) to which you submit your abstract. The review and selection of the abstracts are made independently by the program committee of each conference. Depending on the research topic, however, abstracts submitted to different conferences may be put in the same session.
